Breaking 1500 for the first time...
OK, Technically not breaking 1500 but hitting exactly 1500 for the first time. Played as white with a Grand Prix opening repetoir from Chess Mood. Not only was it a win to hit my “white whale” goal of 1500 for the first time, but the opponent was rated above 1500 and I played a brilliant Bishop sacrifice move that helped lead to the win. Thanks Nelson, for the Breaking 1500 course! It was an important part of my chess journey. Thank you so much, and God Bless!!!
