Another Testimonial for Nelson and Breaking 1500.

I joined November 18. I was a 752 rapid rating the day I bought the course.

Tonight, I just crossed 1100 at 1108.

+352 ELO in 36 days.

Progress was slow at first, as I was making my way through the course and playing. For the last several weeks, I am focused almost exclusively on preventing blunders. It is a surprisingly difficult habit to train, but I am getting better.

I am about to head out of town with the family, so won’t get to play again until January, but its a great holiday treat.
