It doesn’t look to me like a sac but rather a queen blunder. He didn’t see your knight. It looks like you were stressed that he might be some mastermind sacrificing his queen and lost a lot of time, e.g., on move 23 you spent a minute to defend a pawn in front of the king that was already defended by another pawn and the king, so it had enough support (2xattackers 2xdefenders).
