This relates to a question I had before about analyzing games with an engine (stockfish).

Nelson mentions looking at what the engine would have played. My question is if the engine gives the best move for BOTH sides, how is that helpful for me as there will be no resolution biased in MY favor?

Is the drill to see what the best move is for me and HOPE the other side doesn’t see the best move for themselves?
