      Thanks to the course, I have reduced my blundering down to zero for most of my games, so I look at misses. Some of the misses shown are me missing earlier mates I could have done, but many of the misses are showing where I could have taken a piece. However, most of the missing taking a piece is something that would put me in a worse position so I intentionally did not take a piece. For instance, taking a pawn that would then allow the queen to take my bishop and then infiltrate my space. Should I ignore these or examine them more closely? Note my rapid ELO is between 400-500 currently.

      • I usually follow the stockfish recommended moves just a little to see if I can understand the idea. If it’s not easy to see, then I’d just move on.
