Question on Time Management:

I wanted to know how you factor in time throughout the game. Watching your videos in which you are playing against opponents, you do run low on time towards the end however you always seem to have enoigh time to find the checkmate. Is there an internal process that you run through in order to make your decision quicker / how to know if you are spending the right amount of time calculating a line?
