Hey Nelson. Happy I found your channel. I like your style, delivery, and analysis streams. I’ve been playing chess for a few years but only started paying online this past December due to not wanting to lose to random strangers on the internet. I know, it’s a weird point to have. However, I was finally able to breach 1000 a couple of months ago. I then started losing more games as I played higher rated players which put me in a funk. I also go to a local chess club and play with similar rated players over the board. I win some and I lose some but for some reason, it does not affect me in the same way that losing at online chess does. I’m hoping the course will give me the confidence to overcome this feeling so I don’t have to see a therapist.
