About the stonewall: I am having a hard time to find follow ups after e5 is played as black.
I feel like there is no way to go for the normal setup playing e3. As when there is an exchange and the play Nc6, the normal Bc3 is also not possible as it blocks the queen that defends the last pawn on d4.

So stockfish just wants to play against the englund gambit I guess all the time e5 is coming and I dont know anything about this opening.

Is there any more resources you have or can provide, maybe some youtube video from nelson also talking about it? You would think that move is rare but I literally had it 3 times in 12 games in the 600 Elo range.

      Would appreciate some input! :))

      • I tried the Stonewall a couple of times but not resulted as I expected.
I think I will go back to the London, that one works a bit better for me.
Too tired of playing italian and four knights 🙂

        • Hi Marvin, I agree with you. I am struggling with the same issue. I think stopping e5 from black is more important than we as white playing Bd3. It would be great if someone could point us in the right direction!
