									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can relate. Last week, I was 820, but now down to 780. It always frustrating to watch our rating decreases because it feels like all the time we&#8217;ve spent playing chess was for nothing. We just have to remember that losing countless games is part of the process. We need to persevere to accomplish our goals.</p>
