									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did you try 30min games ? 10 min is pretty short if you&#8217;re trying to develop a new thinking process. Maybe it&#8217;s just a &#8220;me&#8221; thing though, I just cannot play shorter games without playing like a 600 xD</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m pretty sure it happens to most people under 1500. If you feel tilted, go do some puzzles or play some bots to get back in the zone. Taking 1-2 days off to &#8220;reset&#8221; might be a good thing but I don&#8217;t think you can get better at anything by taking weeks off. Keep going at it !</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I suffer from the same thing lol, it&#8217;s called performance anxiety and it makes my heart beat like a drum into my chest like I&#8217;m about to go to war &#x1f602;</p>
<p>For me it always happens before the first game so now I just press that damn play button right way and the stress usually goes away after the first game &#x1f605;</p>

The same channel also has a run using the Stonewall and he explains the logic behind every move. It helped me a lot and&hellip;</p>
