Any suggestions on what my thought process should have been here to determine that b4 was the best move (or that Nd2 was an inaccuracy). Nd2 seems natural since this started out as a London and d2 is the natural square for that knight in the London. Hi Justin, I play the London some times also and I think I’d have played the Knight move on instinct also. I think its not liking the move as it may be too slow in this position. b4 takes space and starts a pawn charge with your pawn majority on the Queens side which can create real problems for black before they get all their pieces out.…

Possible talking point for a zoom call or any future videos. If you are playing the stonewall and black either castles queen side or refuses to commit either way. How do you convert the setup to a queen side attack and just how far do you take the setup if they have not committed either way yet. Obviously doing rook lift if they have not…
