Is there a way to use Chess.com or another site to play out games from books and possibly use analysis engines? Where can I find out about this?

You can go to chess.com/analysis and then enter the moves manually as you go through the game and turn on the engine if you like.

Thank you both. I was specifically looking for the games from that book and had started to compile my own library on them. The one you refer to, Jaroslav, is at https://www.chess.com/library/collections/logical-chess-move-by-move-2UbjxMSoQ.
