I am so disappointed In myself. I was making progress. Passed 500……… Just lost so many games In a row I am down to 430………. I don’t Understand what happened. I was almost 700. Then started to do a Blunder list ………. went down to 350………. Climbed back up to over 500….. Now falling back down………… I should be better. I play so much chess. =) disappointed In California? Anyone guess what Is happening? I dunno…..

At that level, you’re almost certainly blundering full pieces, or missing capture of your opponent’s blundered pieces. If you can’t do both those checks every move, use a longer time control. Beyond that, follow Nelson’s principles in this course. You’re probably just hurrying / impatient / tilting.
