My chess dot com rapid rating is 470. I decided to open a Lichess account to see how it was as a platform which gave me a starting rating of 1500. I figured I would just jump into a game to get my rating to a more accurate reflection, content with the fact I’m going to lose.

@JamesQMurphy thanks heaps for feedback. Was feeling pretty bad about myself but taking it as a learning experience into future games. Will make add time management onto my check list.

Loving the course, im very new to chess (started August this year). Have been able to go from 200 to 450 rapid and to 700 daily since watching Nelsons rating climbs and learning so much more in the course.

Was just on a winnings streak in rapid games usually getting 80% accuracy so confidence at all time high. Then i all but lose in this game…
