Also, you may need to address your mental state and stop playing when you get on a losing streak and don&#8217;t throw away elo when you are tilted. Believe me I know, I dropped myself 100 points last Sunday rage queuing and losing 7 in a row *lol*</p>

If you are less than 1000 ELO then I would do (1) Setting yourself up for Success (2) Opening Fundamentals (3) Openings for White &amp; Black &amp; then (6) Avoiding Blunders. I prefer the positions after dxC5 (&#8230;. e6 3. Nc3 BxC5 4. Ne4 Be7, Nd6+ Bxd6, Qxd6). In that position you have the bishop pair, active queen that can&#8217;t be tempo&#8217;d easily&hellip;</p>

I would have voted for analyzing games (which, thankfully won).
