Andrew,
I tried accessing the skills pyramid from my phone and also on my computer and I’m able to access the page and download the pyramid as many times as I want. Your issue is probably your device (I’m assuming a phone?) just prompting you that you’re asking it to download a file you’ve already downloaded.
Here is some general guidance, if it doesn’t work, post what you’re using to access the course (type of phone, computer + internet browser) and I or someone may be able to help you more.
If you’re using a computer and internet browser (chrome, firefox, etc.) there should be a symbol in the top right corner of the screen (usually right below the “x” that closes the screen) that brings up a menu. On that menu you should see a “downloads” options that will bring you to a list of every file you’ve previously downloaded. Alternatively, most browsers use the same shortcut, and if you press CTRL+J on your keyboard (Cmd+J on a mac) it will open your downloads page.
If you’re using a phone, an iPhone and Android both should have a “Files” or “Files manager” app that you can navigate to find your recently downloaded files.
Let us know if you find it, good luck!

Thanks John , I’m using a Lenovo tablet for this course ( also have iPhone ) but no computer . I did press to download the pyramid , but truthfully can,t remember if it was there beforehand or not . It seems as though there must be more than just that pyramid , as even if I expand it , it doesn’t appear to say much except how much time should be needed to spend on one particular skill 😵💫 . Do you know if there is more & if so where I might access it -!or is that it ?? Thanks again for your help .

The Chess Skills Tier List Bonus content isn’t formatted in an actual pyramid, it sounds like you’ve got it though. It’s a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that lists 41 skills broken further into sub-skills, the applicable phase of the game, level of difficulty, approximate time required for proficiency, an approximate level you should achieve understanding by or to use as an indicator to dedicate your focus, a column for you to mark whether you think you’ve mastered it, and a YouTube resource providing instruction on the skill.
Of course even if you dedicated the time indicated for each skill and watched every video on the list it wont result in you becoming a GM. It serves as a good study guide though. For example, I’m on the path to my USCF rating and around 1500 Rapid on Chess.com. Players at my local chess club that are around 2000 are telling me I’m probably stronger than that. I’ve taken chess much more seriously the past couple months and having a list of skills (especially broken down by tiers) is an immense help. I switched from trying to memorize openings to playing “principled chess”, and have been able to identify that my end game understanding is weak. A glance at the tier list tells me I can focus on king and pawn end games, mating nets, and mating patterns, and don’t need to really have a full opening repertoire yet.
For reference, attached is a screenshot of the first five skills on the tier list that is fully expanded / displayed:

Thank you again for your help . You sound as if you are progressing well & all the best to you . I can expand what you have sent me on my phone , so will take a good look ! Hope you are enjoying the course as much as I am . It’s nice to hear people assess you higher than a rating may suggest !! Many thanks again .
