ok, I actually think I need help so I was following the course and my rating was increased by 200 elo and then in the last 3 days I lost all 200 elo and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I do tactics training every day and if I get a puzzle wrong I save it in a spreadsheet and try it the next day and the next until I get it right. my chess.com profile is public so anyone of you can see my games if you just click on my name and my account is linked to this one.

Elo goes up and down – don’t sweat it. Just keep playing consistently and you will begin to trend upwards. Volume of games is what matters most

I looked through a few of your games. The games that I looked at ended with a blunder. It looks like you generally play pretty fast, so maybe just taking a little extra time to do the blunder check would help?
