@ChessVibes There is a big chess tournament taking place a couple months from now in the DFW area. There are 6 sections (I’ll be playing in the lowest section U1200) Classical time control 90+30 7 round swiss. The cash prizes are kinda ridiculous! Plus they have a Super GM blitz tournament (side event) that you can watch between Sam Shankland & Aryan Tari – along with a few other neat side events.
Anyway, I thought it’d be really cool if you wanted to participate in the Championship section of the tournament.

@ChessVibes Are they gonna let you stream your games? Or did they say no?

@The_Steeb Yeah got the approval from the tournament directors! But for technical reasons I think this time I’m going to record them and make videos afterwards. The videos will kind of feel like a livestream but takes a lot of the logistical problems away for now.
