After doing the tactics sessions of the course I started blundering badly and thereafter always running out of time. Have played a while at 10/15 which got me back on track. I am now having a hard time in the end game and getting an increasing amount of draws.

I am usually ahead during the mid-game but get stuck in the end game. What is the best way to advance my end game? I get frustrated and start blundering in the end.
