Just broke 1100 after several trips between 850 and 1000. This game was actually relatively free of errors for me until I missed and turned a mate in 1 into a mate in 7. Funny how that adrenaline does. Good game to my opponent 👍🏼

Great playing the whole way through! Nice forks, pressure without a lot of unnecessary risk (I probably would’ve castled a bit sooner). The ending doesn’t matter if it’s M1 or M7.. those open positions aren’t as easy to find M1 anyway. Most important is trading off the pieces to minimize any counterattacking or perpetuals if they have a queen, then finishing in a very straightforward way. You’ve made a ton of progress in the past month!
