My bullet / blitz rating is considerably lower and stagnant compared to my still rising rapid rating, and I generally do well otb in ~hour long games. I tried accessing the skills pyramid from my phone and also on my computer and I’m able to access the page and download the pyramid as many times as I want. Your issue is probably your device (I’m assuming a phone?) just prompting you that you’re asking it to download a file you’ve already downloaded.
