I think the only thing we should do is keep the time controls consistent so it&#8217;s an equal playing ground. The pictures below show an analysis of some of my losses in early and late 2024. In all of my losses (from a random sample of matches), I blundered more than 3 times in every single match. I came in at just above 700 ELO. Since taking the course I&#8217;ve jumped to ~950. In this time, I&#8217;ve had two climbs I&#8217;d say. The first one came about as a result of noticing more tactics and applying some of Nelson&#8217;s&hellip;</p>

<p>But, at multiple stages, I kept remembering a line that Nelson said, &#8220;Wait until your opponent slips up.&#8221; Eventually, that opportunity arose. With 2 seconds left&hellip;</p>
