Suggestion

I’ve seen complaints about cheaters on chess.com and other platforms. My suggestion is, since we are all here to learn and we know cheating isn’t going to help us improve, why don’t we have a section where we could post our chess.com user names and ELO so we can reach out to play each other ?

During the Tactics Module we’re told to constantly be scanning for tactics and then in the Avoiding Blunders Module we’re told to spend time doing a blunder check before each move. Obviously if we spent equal time doing both we could run into time trouble. Is there a rule of thumb were one takes precedence over the other?

I just watched the lesson ‘pawns are the soul of chess’. That was really an eye opener, I did a few puzzles after, and won 3 games in row while trying to think about both my and my opponents pawns, it helped so much!

Thought I was doing OK until I watched the discovered attack module. Honestly I was only able to see 1 easy solution and the Smothered mate . All the rest were either way beyond me or I only got the first part of the multiple move ones. Not sure what to think about my short comings on this.
